A reflection on personal transformation

In the abyss of our being, can we awaken an inner revolution, a psychological upheaval without the influence of external winds? Can we uproot from our hearts the brutality, the violence, the fierce competition, the anxiety and fear, all these shadows that shape the society in which we wander? We do not seek to erect abstract philosophies or theological edifices. What matters is not to adopt a fixed vision of life, but to contemplate, with crystal clarity, the ebb and flow of our daily existence, within and without. Diving into this contemplation, we discern that our world is woven of intellectual concepts, and yet, the intellect is only a fragment of our vast inner ocean. True life resides in the unity of this great ocean, where the inner movement is reflected on the outside, and the outside resonates in echo on the inside.

Observing this great cosmic ballet is the key. Looking without a filter, without a master or doctrine, simply looking, and the truth is revealed. Can we then, by contemplating this living tableau, spontaneously transform ourselves? Is it possible to initiate a total revolution in the depths of our psyche? We are not speaking to those who rest on their social and economic comforts, nor to those who are firmly anchored in their dogmatic beliefs. We are speaking to those who feel the call of a fundamental change within themselves.

But how do we achieve this? The truth is that no guide can trace our path. Any external authority only engenders internal disorder. Personal transformation is an endless journey, an odyssey of learning, growth and self-rediscovery. It is time to shed tradition, to abandon the heavy shadow of acceptance and obedience. Like the bird that spreads its wings for the first time, we must free ourselves from all authorities—whether they are embodied by masters, gods, or beliefs. The only master of our destiny is ourselves. When we cast off the burdens of fear and conformity, a new and immense energy springs forth within us. It is this vitality, free from all fear, that guides us toward a radical transformation. An inner revolution occurs, like renewal after a storm.

By removing external influences, we discover true freedom, inseparable from this newfound energy. Freed from the chains of the past, our minds awaken, fresh and innocent, ready to explore the deepest recesses of our consciousness. Freedom is not a simple revolt, but a state of mind where love and action unfold without hindrance. To undertake this inner journey, we must get rid of the burdens accumulated over millennia and dive into the unknown with an open and curious mind. Today, we embark together on this expedition of self-discovery. Let us leave behind the memories of yesterday and approach this new day with the freshness of a morning after the rain. As if it were the first and only day of our existence, let us set off towards the deep knowledge of ourselves.
